A sneak-peek at the product box!

The product box is a minor detail in the grand scheme of things, but getting it right is an important step. Not only does it add a flair of professionalism, but it can communicate important information that is critical for folks to know about right away.

Information like: "what batteries does it take?", "what mobile device is it compatible with?", and "what can I expect from the device?". I wanted to get it right, and so I've been designing and re-designing this thing for a while now. What I like the most about this box is that the form factor will be suitable for Stargraph and all of the accessories I plan to include as add-ons. One box to rule them all!

So what CAN I expect from the device?

According to the box, Stargraph is a paragon of energy! With only 2x AAA batteries you can enjoy up-to 16 hours of continuous night-sky stargazing (although you'll probably only get that kind of observing capabilities near the polar regions of the earth). It's compatible with iPhone and Android as well. The app works offline too! So take it with you to the heart of the mountains if you so desire.

I'm still waiting to fully plan out fulfillment (and barcode requirements) so I'll be holding off on any preview boxes for the time being. But I'm pretty satisfied with how it turned out and I think this overall design is likely going to be close to the finished product.
