What is it?
Stargraph is a telescope accessory that pairs with your smartphone and acts as a digital guide to the night sky. By calculating exactly where you're pointing, stargraph makes it easy to find (and lock-in) on amazing stars and galaxies.
What can it do?
- Quickly align with any star, no matter your skill level
- Learn about what you're seeing with context from Wikipedia
- Accurate to ~0.3 degrees* (18 arc-minutes). Enough to put Jupiter and some of its moons in the viewport easily.
- Compatible with almost any alt-az mounted telescope. As long as it has a common dovetail accessory port.
- And much more!
*That's the average error. Actual results depend on calibration.
Do I need an internet connection?
Stargraph works entirely offline. You can use it in the wilderness or your backyard.
How beginner-friendly is this?
Very. Stargraph is great for first-time telescope owners. You don't need prior astronomy knowledge. Just attach it, open the app, and follow the on-screen guide.
When does it launch?
We're aiming for an early 2026 kickstarter.
